Design
We are proud to boast an in-house team of nearly 40 designers, including a mix of both tooling and product designers with an unrivalled wealth of experience. Our team work collaboratively on a combination of pure conceptual design interpretation, taken from a customer brief, or sometimes in conjunction with agency provided concepts, which we refine for manufacturing.
Utilising state of the art CAD software packages. It is our philosophy that product designs should only be bound by our imagination. Every project is considered with a fresh and innovative approach to ensure the most appropriate mix of traditional and latest technologies are combined to ensure we offer world class design solutions.
Manufacturing
With over 130,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space across our 2 facilities, and a team of fully cross trained manufacturing personnel, capacity constraints are never an issue.
Adopting the same strict and rigorous HH Group Manufacturing Processes used within our supply into the Automotive Industry, every stage of the manufacturing process is fully owned and checked to ensure smooth progression through the system. Through a programme of continual reinvestment, we offer world class tooling and manufacturing equipment.

Assembly
Adopting a Piece Part Approval Process (PPAP) qualified by our Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), we can be confident that by the final assembly process all components and processes used are 100% correct and fit for purpose and to ensure a seamless final assembly process.
Our assembly facilities are laid out on Lean Manufacturing Principals. Through our thorough end of line inspection and testing procedures, our customers can be reassured that only quality products will enter the onward supply chain.
